Pediatric speech-language therapy · Teletherapy & in-office
Communication that grows in real life.
Speech and language therapy for toddlers through teens, built around play, movement, connection, and the everyday moments where your child actually talks.
Our philosophy
Communication is more than words.
It is how we connect, take part, express who we are, build relationships, learn, and engage with the world around us. That is what we are working toward, not a list of isolated skills practiced at a table.
Our approach is individualized, relationship-centered, and rooted in real life. We meet each child where they are, honoring their strengths, interests, communication style, culture, and goals, and we create real opportunities to practice: everyday interactions, play, learning, social connection, and the activities that matter to them.
This person actually sees my child.
What we hope every parent feels after the first visit. How therapy looks here
Gentle, hands-on, and built around your child.
Four things shape every session, whether we're on a screen together or on the floor of the office.
-
The whole child
Attention, regulation, sensory needs, relationships and confidence all shape how a child communicates. We plan for all of it, not just the speech goal.
-
Play and real experiences
Sessions are built around what your child already loves, so new words and skills have somewhere real to live.
-
Movement and regulation
A body that feels settled can listen, connect and try new things. Moving, climbing, swinging and resting are part of the work, not a break from it.
-
Relationship first
Trust comes before targets. We go at your child's pace, and we bring you in as a partner in the process, not a spectator.
Where the learning happens
Communication skills, practiced where they'll actually be used.
Cooking

Spanish-speaking families are welcome here as a matter of course, not as an exception.
Daniela is a bilingual speech-language pathologist. Therapy, parent conversations and evaluations happen in Spanish, English or both, whatever your family speaks at home. Bilingualism is never the problem. It is one of your child's strengths.

About Daniela
Daniela Duarte, M.S., CCC-SLP
Daniela is a speech-language pathologist certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Her work spans early intervention through adolescence, with a particular love for the earliest years, when a little support goes a long way.
Her style is gentle and relationship-based, drawing on child-led, hands-on approaches to learning: cooking, gardening, making things, going outside. The goal is never a skill performed at a table. It is communication a child carries into the rest of their life.
